Walls and Ceiling Panel System

Wall System

Design: Made of individual modular panels with a maximum joint width of 6 mm. The partition wall system design allows for the easy dismantling of individual panels, providing quick access for installations, alterations, or repairs.

Surfaces:

• Stainless steel (grade AISI 304 or 316), polished or powder coated
• Galvanized steel, powder coated
• Glass fixed on a steel frame, available with decorative photos

Panels are installed to the wall on a substructure made of galvanized steel. All internal corner wall panels are curved and easy to clean. Special silicone gaskets are used as a sealing between panels, frames, and windows. Panels can be powder coated according to the RAL palette, optionally with antibacterial paint.

• Heat resistance: double-layered wall panel 1.75 m²*K/W, single-layered wall panel 1.60 m²*K/W
• Sound insulation: Rw(C;Ctr) = 57 (-4, -12) dB
• Air permeability: 0.3 m³/hm² (hypertension and hypotension 500 Pa)

Ceiling System

Design: Metal ceiling made of individually detachable panels with standard dimensions of 600 x 600 mm. The substructure is made of galvanized steel, and panels are fixed in a clip-in system.

Surfaces:

• Galvanized or stainless steel, powder coated, optionally with antibacterial paint
• Standard color is RAL 9010; other colors available optionally
• Matt, washable, light-resistant surface
• Dust-free, abrasion-proof, corrosion-resistant, non-hygroscopic

System Doors and Windows

Materials

We use only premium-grade materials, ensuring durability and hygiene. Stainless steel doors contain no aluminum or galvanized steel elements. Every part, including reinforcements, bolts, and rivets, is crafted from stainless steel (AISI 304).

Door and Frame Structure

Our doors are available in various configurations, including rebated, non-rebated, or reinforced options. They can be tailored to include lead inserts, mounted on or under wall surfaces, or constructed to fully cover the wall.

Insulation: Foam insulation with a density of approximately 50 kg/m³ ensures no empty spaces inside the door leaf.

X-Ray Doors

Available as sliding or hinged, X-Ray doors are made from stainless steel or coated galvanized steel. Lead inserts (0.5–2 mm) and optional lead acrylic glass make them ideal for radiation protection.

Hermetic Doors

Designed with stainless steel and filled with highly compressed polyurethane foam, hermetic doors provide thermal and acoustic insulation while remaining lightweight and rigid. Options include automatic operation and custom dimensions.

Windows

Observation windows flush with walls, featuring double glazing, electrically operated shutters, fogging functions, or lead glass. Pass-through windows are equipped with sliding mechanisms and interlocking features for enhanced functionality.
